This is a photo of the military monument in Rome. The details of this picture show through however the picture is in JPEG, so it may have been better quality if it was TIFF or RAW format.
You could set your camera to an 11 aperture to give it more depth of field and then slow your shutter down to 1/100. That would move the aperture two stops and shutter two stops as well.
The shutter speed I used was 1/400 with a 5.6 aperture.
